We are reachable by email only. We do not publish a phone number or office address, and we do not take calls. We aim to respond promptly, but as a small, new publication we cannot promise a reply to every message.
Editorial questions and tips
Write to this address with:
- Questions about something we published.
- News tips, such as a court filing, enforcement action, fee change or state exit we have not covered.
- Concerns about how a ranking applies our methodology.
- Feedback on our responsible-play messaging.
If you send a tip, include a link to the primary source if you have one, such as a docket, a bill page or an operator’s official terms.
Corrections
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, tell us the page URL, what you believe is incorrect, and your source. Our corrections policy explains how we handle it.
Partnerships and advertising
This address handles affiliate, sponsorship and advertising inquiries. Commercial discussions do not affect editorial content or rankings; see our affiliate disclosure.
What we cannot help with
We are a publication, not an operator. We cannot:
- Access, open, close or verify accounts on any platform.
- Help with deposits, withdrawals, redemptions or disputed trades. Contact the platform’s own support team, and if that fails, your state attorney general’s consumer-protection office.
- Give legal, tax or financial advice.
